Terms of Service
Last updated: October 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this platform ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Platform
This platform provides digital services related to construction products, conformity assessment, certificate verification, CE marking, performance declarations (DoP), and Digital Product Passports (DPP).
The platform also provides digital registration, management, publication, and verification services for company, personnel, and training certificates issued by certification bodies and other certificate issuers.
2. User Roles
The Service may be used by:
- Notified Bodies (NoBos)
- Manufacturers
- Public or private users verifying certificates or product data
- Certification Bodies and other certificate issuers
Registered organizations are responsible for the activities performed through their authorized user accounts. Access to certain functions may require account approval by the platform administrator.
3. Free Service Disclaimer
The Service is currently provided free of charge. The platform owner reserves the right to introduce paid features or subscription models in the future with prior notice.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of any data, documents, certificates, declarations, labels, or QR codes they create or publish.
Certification Bodies and other certificate issuers are responsible for ensuring that certificate information submitted to the platform accurately reflects the certificates they have issued and their current status.
Certificate issuers must ensure that the publication of certificate holder information, including personal data relating to personnel or training certificates, complies with applicable data protection requirements.
Users must not publish false, misleading, unauthorized, or fraudulent certificate information. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and preventing unauthorized use of their accounts.
5. Certificates and QR Codes
QR codes generated by the Service are intended solely for verification and information purposes. The platform does not issue, validate, or guarantee the legal validity of any certificate or declaration.
For company, personnel, and training certificates, the platform provides a means of accessing certificate information recorded by the responsible issuer, including certificate identification, scope, validity dates, and current status, where available.
A successful verification confirms that a corresponding record exists in the platform and displays the information associated with that record. It does not independently confirm the competence, accreditation, authorization, or legal status of the certificate issuer.
The certificate issuer remains responsible for issuing certificates, determining their validity, maintaining accurate records, and updating certificate status when certificates are suspended, withdrawn, cancelled, expired, or replaced.
6. Digital Product Passport (DPP)
DPP data is provided by manufacturers. The platform acts as a technical storage and verification interface and does not assume responsibility for regulatory compliance.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform software, design, logos, and infrastructure are the intellectual property of the platform owner. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.
Certificate issuers and other users must ensure that they have the necessary rights or permissions to upload, reproduce, and publish documents, trademarks, logos, and other protected materials through the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The platform owner shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Service.
The platform owner does not independently assess or certify the accuracy, authenticity, accreditation status, or regulatory conformity of certificates and supporting information submitted by third parties.
Users and persons relying on certificate information should contact the responsible certificate issuer or relevant authority when independent confirmation is required.
9. Termination
The platform owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of misuse, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms.
Access may also be restricted where certificate information is reasonably suspected to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or misleading, or where continued publication may violate applicable legal requirements.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
The platform owner may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
